Rates and Fees

Payments:
Your Out-of-Pocket Payment or Copayment  is due each month for the previous month, unless other arrangements are made with HHT prior to services. Failure to pay at the time of service may result in additional fees or termination.

Not Insured?

We offer discounted therapeutic services provided by Counseling Interns who are in Master level graduate students and/or graduates of a Masters degree, working towards completing licensure hours.

Cancellation or Reschedule Fees:
We require a 24-hour advance notice of a cancellation or reschedule. 

A cancellation or rescheduling of a session within the 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a fee. 

This is NOT covered by insurance and will need to be paid out-of-pocket.
